Your teacher talks through your goals, routine and any health considerations, then guides a gentle practice to see how you move and breathe. You leave with a recommendation for how to continue. It lasts 45–60 minutes, and there is no obligation to continue.

Every session, including the Discovery Session, runs 45–60 minutes.
Which areas do you cover for home sessions?
We teach across Gurugram, including the DLF phases, Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, Cyber City and MG Road. If you are unsure whether we cover your area, contact us and we will confirm.
Can I choose my teacher?
Tell us any preference, including a preferred teacher or a female teacher, and we will match you where availability allows. Sessions with Master Samresh are booked by separate appointment.
